CNC Programmer cum Operator

As a CNC Programmer and Setter joining our dynamic manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in our operations by utilizing your skills and attention to detail. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Program CNC machines based on detailed specifications and technical drawings. - Set up and calibrate machines to prepare for production runs. - Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are maintained. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery and programs promptly. - Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on CNC equipment. - Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on CNC programming and machine set-up. - Maintain accurate records of production output, machine operations, and any encountered issues. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Setter in a manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in CNC programming software and controls, such as G-code. - Knowledge of Cad and Cam Drawing. - Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. - Ability to set up and operate various types of CNC machinery (milling, turning, etc.). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of machining processes and materials. - Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
