Job Summary:

CNC Machine Maintenance Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
shift-based CNC machine maintenance
(Milling, Turning, Grinding VMC/HMC)
Attend and resolve
breakdown calls
promptly to minimize downtime
Carry out scheduled
preventive and predictive maintenance
as per plan
Perform
root cause analysis (RCA)
and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with external service providers and spare part suppliers
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and reports
Identify and implement
cost-saving initiatives
in maintenance operations
Ensure adherence to
safety
and
5S
practices during maintenance activities

Candidate Requirements:

810 years
of proven experience in
CNC machine maintenance
Strong hands-on knowledge in
electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret
technical drawings, electrical schematics, and ladder logic
Exposure to
CNC control systems
such as
Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi
Experience in
servo motors, hydraulic power packs, pneumatic systems, and spindle alignment
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

Mechanical

4th and 5th axis CNC integration

PLC basics
