Job Summary / कार्य सारांश:
CNC / Fiber Laser cutting machine को सुरक्षित रूप से चलाना, प्रोडक्शन ड्राइंग के अनुसार मटेरियल को कट करना और मशीन की मेन्टेनेंस सुनिश्चित करना।
Roles & Responsibilities / जिम्मेदारियाँ:
✔ लेज़र कटिंग मशीन की सेटिंग और कैलिब्रेशन करना
✔ AutoCAD / DXF फाइल के अनुसार cutting प्रोग्राम चलाना✔ मटेरियल की मोटाई, गैस प्रेशर और फोकस सही सेट करना✔ कटिंग क्वालिटी चेक करना – burr, size tolerance, finish✔ प्रोडक्शन शीट / वर्क ऑर्डर के हिसाब से आउटपुट देना✔ मशीन की बेसिक सर्विसिंग और प्रिवेंटिव मेंटेनेंस✔ सेफ्टी और कंपनी SOP का पालन करना✔ डेily रिपोर्टिंग – उत्पादन, समय, खराबी आदि
Required Skills / आवश्यक कौशल:
CNC / Fiber Laser machine operation knowledge
Sheet metal understandingDrawings पढ़ने की क्षमताThickness & Gas ग्रेड की जानकारीBasic measurement tools (Vernier, Micrometer) इस्तेमाल
