As a dynamic global technology company with an entrepreneurial spirit and a long history of private ownership, Schaeffler offers you numerous development opportunities in partnering with major automobile manufacturers, aerospace, and industrial sectors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve daily Tool-Room plan Vs Actual as per scheduled by tool planner. - Handle all types of CNC / VMC and conventional machines. - Better communication with reliver at the end of the shift. - Perform preventive maintenance of tool room machines. - Maintain and monitor inventory of cutting tools and data of tooling consumption against productivity. - Ensure shop floor discipline and housekeeping as per 5s standards. - Achieve Tool Shop KPIs such as On-Time Tool Delivery and Manufacturing Tool First Time Right. **Qualifications:** - Education/Apprenticeship: B.E.-Mechanical / DME - Job experience: 5 to 8 years - Language skills: English / Hindi / Marathi - Must have deep technical knowledge about Tool Shop resources e.g., CAD/CAM, CNC Machine, Tool and Die making, etc. - Familiarity with types of tools and techniques used for manufacturing Tool. - Good exposure in Tool Manufacturing process planning and execution. - In-line with the latest Tool methodology for building Tools.
