Job Description

Operate CNC bending machines to bend sheet metal parts as per engineering drawings and production schedules.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions accurately.
Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust parameters for different materials and thicknesses.
Perform first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Maintain quality standards by conducting in-process checks and documenting results.
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished components to avoid damage.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Record machine usage, production output, and downtime in logs/software.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in fabrication processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
