CNC Bending Operator

As a CNC Bending Machine Operator (Press Brake JFY Model) at our company located in Periyanaickenpalayam, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Set up and operate CNC Press Brake (JFY model) to perform sheet metal bending operations. - Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and bend instructions accurately. - Select the appropriate tooling and dies according to different materials and bend angles. - Conduct first-off inspection to ensure precision in dimensions and angles. - Monitor machine operations closely and make necessary adjustments to uphold quality standards. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience in operating CNC press brakes, preferably with a JFY model. - Strong understanding of sheet metal properties and bend allowances. - ITI/12th/Diploma qualification.
