Machine Shop Supervisor

Job Description

We are hiring a Machine Shop Supervisor with hands-on experience in Turners, Conventional machines, Lathe, CNC, and VMC operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate machining tasks across Turners, Conventional, Lathe, CNC, and VMC machines . Allocate work to machinists and monitor shift performance. Oversee machine setups, tool selection, and basic CNC/VMC programming. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and housekeeping standards (5S). Inspect machined parts and maintain production records. Train operators in lathe operation, CNC/VMC setup, and conventional machining . Coordinate maintenance for smooth machine operations. Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering. 3–5 years’ experience in a machine shop handling Turners, Conventional, Lathe, CNC, and VMC machines . Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
