Job Description

CNC Bending Operator / Press Brake Operator

Location: Jigani & Harohalli
Qualification: Diploma
Experience: 3–7 Years (Sheet Metal Industry Preferable)

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC bending / press brake machines to bend sheet metal as per drawings & specifications.
Set up tools, dies, punches & back gauges; perform trial runs and confirm accuracy.
Read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints; adjust programs and bend angles accordingly.
Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, vernier, protractor) and ensure quality standards.
Perform basic maintenance and ensure machine health, safety, and 5S compliance.
Maintain production records and report machine issues or deviations.

Skills Required

Strong experience in CNC bending operations / sheet metal bending.
Blueprint reading & precision measurement skills.
Knowledge of material properties and bending parameters.
Safety-conscious with good communication & problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
