CMS Content Editor

As a CMS Content Editor at our company, you will act as the Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our global websites, focusing on supporting the Hollister websites and digital marketing projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing site content and functionality using Sitecore 9.2 CMS - Ensuring best practices and processes for managing CMS content are in place - Managing website assets and content to support SEO, product launches, landing pages, and promotional assets - Managing the technical translation process in collaboration with Lionbridge - Configuring new country sites, site pages, forms, and features in the Content Management System - Driving key enhancements in the CMS and troubleshooting any issues - Providing QA testing support for new site improvements - Supporting administration and management of integrations with other platforms - Providing CMS recommendations for marketing and campaign effectiveness To excel in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in Marketing and/or IT, with at least 3 years in online marketing or ecommerce - Demonstrated experience managing Content Management Systems, preferably Sitecore - A BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Communications, Marketing or related field - Experience managing Content Management Systems for global sites in multiple languages - Knowledge of digital media landscape, creative design, HTML, CSS guidelines, and web-page creation - Experience in QA testing, including cross-browser, cross-platform testing - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience collaborating with teams across different regions - Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, troubleshooting skills, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently - Experience with Social Media, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation - Project Management skills - Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Pardot, and Salesforce experience is a plus The work mode for this role is hybrid, located in Gurugram.,
