CMO

As Casualty Medical Officer (CMO) you will be responsible for delivering immediate medical care to patients in the emergency (casualty) department. The CMO assesses, stabilizes, and manages acute medical and surgical emergencies, coordinates with senior doctors and specialists, and ensures high standards of emergency care are maintained at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/institution.
• Valid registration with Medical Council of India (MCI) or respective state council.
• ACLS/BLS/ATLS certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle multiple patients.
• 1 year to 5 years experience preferred.

Skills Required:

• Clinical decision-making and rapid assessment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of emergency protocols and procedures
• Basic computer proficiency for EMR use
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Night shift
• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
