Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CMM Inspection Associate, located in Chengalpattu. The CMM Inspection Associate will be responsible for performing regular inspections using coordinate measuring machines (CMM), ensuring quality and precision in manufactured parts. Duties include interpreting technical drawings, setting up and calibrating CMM machines, recording and analyzing measurements, reporting findings, and maintaining inspection documentation. The role requires strict adherence to quality control procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in CMM operation, calibration, and measurement
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Certification or formal training in metrology or relevant field is advantageous
