The Role:

CMM Engineer

Quality Head

Key Responsibilities:

CMM Programming & Operation:

• Develop and execute

  CMM programs

  using software like

  Tangram

  to inspect precision components.
• Conduct dimensional inspections and generate

  detailed measurement reports

  .

Quality Control & Inspection:

• Perform

  first-article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections

  to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Work closely with

  Production & Engineering teams

  to troubleshoot deviations and implement corrective actions.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

• Analyze measurement data to detect trends, inconsistencies, and potential process improvements.
• Drive

  continuous improvement initiatives

  in measurement techniques and inspection methods.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with

  ISO standards, GD&T principles, and industry best practices

  .
• Maintain

  calibration records and CMM logs

  for audits and traceability.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Act as a

  liaison

  between the

  Quality, Design, and Production teams

  to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing precision.
• Provide

  technical training and mentorship

  to junior team members on CMM operations and quality inspection techniques.

What Makes You Our Perfect Match?

Experience:

• 2 4 years of experience in CMM Operations

Qualification:

• BE/BTech or Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Knowledge:

• Familiarity with Tangram CMM software.

• 3D Measurement & Metrology

• MS Excel & Data Analysis Tool

• ISO Standards & Quality Systems

Physical Requirement:

• Ability to work in environments with temperatures under 20C.
