Quality Control & Inspection: Perform first-article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications. Work closely with Production & Engineering teams to troubleshoot deviations and implement corrective actions. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Analyze measurement data to detect trends, inconsistencies, and potential process improvements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in measurement techniques and inspection methods. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GD&T principles, and industry best practices . Maintain calibration records and CMM logs for audits and traceability. Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between the Quality, Design, and Production teams to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing precision. Provide technical training and mentorship to junior team members on CMM operations and quality inspection techniques.
