Role Overview: At Mokobara, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to reimagining how the world travels by creating beautifully designed luggage, backpacks, handbags, and accessories that combine form, function, and premium craftsmanship. As a Color, Material & Finish (CMF) Designer, you will play a crucial role in elevating our product experience to new heights. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and define Mokobara's CMF strategy for backpacks, handbags, and luggage - Conduct research and identify innovative materials, textiles, and finishes from both global and local suppliers - Create seasonal color palettes, material libraries, and finish directions that align with Mokobara's design ethos - Collaborate closely with product designers, sourcing teams, and manufacturers to translate CMF concepts into production-ready solutions - Stay abreast of global lifestyle and travel accessory trends to ensure Mokobara remains ahead of the curve - Prototype, test, and validate materials for durability, performance, sustainability, and tactile feel - Curate and manage an evolving material and finish library for internal and vendor use Qualification Required: - 2-4 years of experience as a CMF Designer or in a similar role within bags, accessories, apparel, or consumer products - Profound knowledge of materials, textiles, coatings, and hardware finishes - Candidates with backgrounds in Fashion Design & Textile Design will be given preference - Strong eye for color harmonies, textures, and premium aesthetics - Ability to balance design creativity with manufacturing feasibility - Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable working with designers, suppliers, and vendors - Passion for crafting beautiful, functional, and long-lasting products - Previous experience in textiles & fashion would be advantageous,
