Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB using Common Service Data Model (CSDM), including CI classes, relationships, and data governance for accuracy and compliance.
Implement ITOM Discovery .
Develop Service Mapping for business services, application dependencies, entry points, and top-down/bottom-up mapping to visualize service health and impact analysis.
Optimize CMDB health dashboards, identification rules, reconciliation, and duplicate handling; perform data certification and integration with ITAM/Vulnerability Response.
Customize using JavaScript, Business Rules, Flow Designer, scripted APIs (REST/SOAP), and IntegrationHub for event management and third-party tools.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
3+ years in ServiceNow development with hands-on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping (Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery preferred).
Proficiency in scripting, workflows, and tools like Service Portal or Performance Analytics.
