Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 4 years of experience for Bachelor's Degree holders or a minimum of 1 year for MBA graduates. A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is required, while an MBA is preferred. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing Export Documents (Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment), handling transactions involving Letter of Credit (LC), applying and interpreting INCOTERMS in export documentation, operating and utilizing ERP or SAP systems for document preparation, coordinating the issuance of Certificate of Origin and Insurance documents, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and internal documentation standards. The desired candidate should have a strong understanding of export documentation and procedures, proficiency in handling LC-based transactions, familiarity with INCOTERMS 2020, working knowledge of ERP/SAP systems, ability to coordinate with banks, freight forwarders, and export authorities, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and good communication skills.,
