They coordinate with Title and Settlement agents to ensure an on-time closing and ensure data in the CD is correct Areas of Responsibility Requires 3-4 year of experience in preparing Initial and Final closing documents Request fees from settlement agent and perform fee analysis Prepare Prelim closing disclosure. Issue initial closing disclosures/ re-disclosures to client Solid and detailed knowledge of Conventional Loans; Closing and Legal Documents; Disclosure Documents; Credit Documents; Insurance Documents; MDIA Disclosure timing and APR rules and TILA/RESPA LE/CDs/ICDs. Review flood insurance/ flood certifications, Title commitment, ownership of deed, Loan approval, tax cert and prelim closing disclosures Closely monitor individual closing pipeline, workload and volume levels for maximum balance and efficiency. Review Power of Attorneys (POA) Review Cash to close Create closing documents and monitor required waiting periods Request preclosing audit prior to Closing Deliver final closing documents Review final closing documents and clear to fund. Ability to understand regulatory requirements and impacts. Medium - High degree of familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field Reviews and prepares disclosures, including Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure Request wire Ensure disbursement takes place and loan moves to post close Ensure proper and effective communication with settlement agent Review signed closing packages for accuracy. Provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents.
