Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Trainer located in Raichur. The Cluster Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for educators, students, and community members, developing training materials and curricula, assessing training needs, and providing feedback to participants. The trainer will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of training programs and enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, curriculum development, and conducting workshops
• Skills in communication, presentation, and public speaking
• Ability to assess training needs and provide constructive feedback
• Knowledge in education, skill development, and community engagement
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or related field
