Job Description

Role & responsibilities His role is primarily responsible to provide technical/valuation support to designated Credit Team (MSME/Housing/MLAP & other secured verticals) to enable them to make suitable decisions on funding projects and study and verify drawings, Estimate and Construction Area. The incumbent works on cost estimation for various works and materials Supervise Construction Execution for RCC works and Finishing work. Visit of the properties to ensure funds has been utilized for the purpose mentioned and monitor timely release of construction tranches. He needs to manage 30 to 40 vendors and should be well aware of local practices with respect to collaterals and competition practices. The incumbent should be able to identify the risk involved in the collateral which is being offered us as collateral. Preferred candidate profile Degree (B.E/B.Tech/B.Arc) in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering. Preferred experience of 4 years or more in property valuation and identification is must. Knowledge of Property valuation, prevailing market rate, condition of the property and identification of the property. MIS maintenance and monitoring Skills.
