* Job Title:* Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

* Company:* Health Insurance

* Location:* Bangalore

* Channel:* NBFC Mahindra Finance

* CTC:* Up to 9 LPA

* Preferred:* Female candidates (Male can also apply)

* Experience Required:* Minimum 2 years of stable experience in NBFC/Banca channel

### Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with NBFC partner branches (Mahindra Finance) to drive health insurance business.

* Achieve sales targets by promoting Health Insurance products across partner branches.

* Conduct regular meetings, product trainings, and business reviews with NBFC staff to ensure active engagement.

* Identify new business opportunities and strengthen partnerships to increase revenue.

* Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolution to ensure excellent service delivery.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

* Travel extensively across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala to manage partner relationships and drive business growth.

### Desired Candidate Profile:

* Minimum 2 years of stable experience in the NBFC/Banca channel, preferably in health insurance.

* Strong relationship management and communication skills.

* Willingness to travel across multiple states for business purposes.

* Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of handling partner relationships independently.

* Age: Up to 36 years.
