Cluster Manager – Banca Channel

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers handling multiple bank branches.
Build strong relationships with partner bank officials to ensure smooth business operations.
Drive sales of life insurance products through the
Bancassurance channel
.
Achieve business targets for assigned cluster in terms of sales volume, product mix, and persistency.
Ensure effective training, motivation, and performance management of the sales team.
Monitor daily activities, sales performance, and pipeline management.
Maintain compliance and process discipline as per company and IRDA guidelines.
Identify growth opportunities within the partner network and plan for expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–9 years
of experience in
Life Insurance Bancassurance sales
.
Proven experience in
team handling
and partner relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Excellent knowledge of bank processes and insurance products.
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
