Job Description

Cluster Manager - Risk
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Design and build dashboards for the Horizontal Risk Unit using Tableau.

Develop and monitor frequent MIS reports using SSRS and Tableau.

Deep dive into Risk KPI metrics and manage risk decks and reports.

Publish data insights across the team.

Automate processes to trigger exceptions.

Coordinate with IT and Risk teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 3-4 years of experience required in SQL.

Basic knowledge of Tableau.

Knowledge of SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.

Banking/NBFC domain knowledge.

Knowledge of R or Python will be an added advantage.
