Requirement For Cluster manager life Insurance Company ( Banca Channel ) Qualification : Graduation mandatory Work Exp : min 1 years in insurance team handling exp required Ctc : 6.5 LPA Depend on interview and last drawn salary Job role : handling 7 to 10 people team under cluster manager. Or 2 bank branches handling ( surat district Bank or surat cooperative Bank) Drive a culture of recognition to accelerate revenue generation in the channel. Ensure operational effectiveness & control, workflow compliance with all regulatory requirements. Ensure Talent attraction, retention & development & reduction in of cost of operations & manpower.
