Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business through the bancassurance channel with the help of a dedicated team.
Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank branches and their personnel.
Ensure high levels of team productivity and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

Team handling experience is mandatory preferably in Bancassurance.
Candidates with 45 years of experience in the bancassurance channel and a proven track record in the insurance industry are preferred.
Team handling experience from Direct or Alternate channels in life insurance is also acceptable.
Must have career stability and a strong performance history.
Only candidates from the insurance background will be considered.
Resumes from other industries will not be accepted.
