Job Description

As a Cluster Lead - Soft Services at JLL, you will be responsible for driving excellence in the soft services portfolio by overseeing and optimizing service delivery at multiple client sites within a designated cluster. Your role will involve managing diverse teams, implementing innovative solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships to align with JLL's commitment to shaping the future of real estate for a better world. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage diverse teams across multiple client sites. - Oversee soft services operations, including cleaning, security, and reception services. - Manage client relationships and communicate effectively at all levels. - Handle financial management, including budgeting and cost control. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices. - Implement process improvements and drive operational efficiencies. - Prioritize facilities needs and oversee day-to-day operations. - Manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients. - Mitigate risks through emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management. - Monitor budget and vendor invoice processes to comply with standards. - Conduct routine service audits and create reports for clients. Qualifications Required: - Technical qualification with 4+ years of experience in Electrical & Mechanical equipment maintenance, plumbing works, and HVAC unit maintenance. - Strong knowledge of facility operations and occupational safety. - Experience in team management with proven leadership skills. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.,
