Job Description

As a seasoned business and marketing consultant + a digital expert + a strategist at Docplexus, you will represent the company to industry partners in Pharmaceuticals, Medical devices, Diagnostics, and Medtech businesses across India and international markets, bringing in your Agame all the way! - Understand brand and business gaps of potential and existing industry partners through probing and secondary research. Your aim will be to pitch Docplexus offerings and expertise with clear KPIs for mutual success. Utilize tools like need-gap analysis, SWOT, portfolio optimization, and RCA to achieve this. Apply concepts with added sales vigor. - Build and scale offerings with internal teams, leveraging VOC to aid new product development and supporting internal R&D. - Consult multinational healthcare companies with marketing, digital, and KPI-driven strategies after a deep dive into their clinic-marketing objectives, analyzing market trends, and leveraging Docplexus expertise. You will be the lead in this process. - Translate digital/marketing strategies into compelling storylines addressing the target audience with clear lead conversion goals. Be an intuitive, empathetic, affable yet sharp communicator. - Supervise the content marketing strategy creation and execution for your accounts by internal teams. Explore means to cross-sell, up-sell, retain, renew, and improve yield per account. - Structure and measure sales approaches, learning, improving, and improvising regularly to collaborate effectively with other BD team members. Work united as a team. - Set, track, and meticulously achieve quarterly and annual sales targets with ownership, accountability, and an enterprising mindset to tap into the market potential for digital healthcare across all accounts. Put numbers and facts into action. - Manage the funnel effectively across leads from all sources, driving higher sales conversions to support targeted revenues. Plan efficiently and analyze data. - Practice effective Key Account Management by fostering an affable and strategic rapport, maintaining a high NPS, and sustainably growing business with each account. Bring your charm to the table. - As a vital part of the leadership team and a revenue generator, you will enable the success and P&L growth of Docplexus, making a positive difference to global patient outcomes through the mission to empower doctors with seamless and credible information.
