Job Title : Cluster Head Operations

Locations : Raipur, Nilagiri/ Nilgiris

Operational and administrative

• Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with IT, infrastructure, and other support services for branch needs.
• Oversee cash management, account reconciliation, and ensure end-of-day processes are accurate and compliant.
• Manage and control operational budgets and report variances.

Performance and strategy

• Achieve business targets for the cluster, including CASA, assets, fee-based products, and merchant acquisition.
• Analyze data and market trends to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
• Drive performance and productivity improvements across all branches in the cluster.
• Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered at all branches.
