We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead the Agency Channel as a Cluster Head
.The role involves driving business growth through effective team management, channel development, and strategic planning across
assigned clusters.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Agency Managers and Advisors to achieve sales and business targets.
Develop and implement business strategies to strengthen the Agency Channel and ensure consistent growth.
Drive recruitment, training, and activation of high-performing insurance advisors.
Monitor key performance metrics (business mix, persistency, advisor productivity, etc.) and ensure achievement of goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices.
