Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing strategies to achieve business goals and targets for the cluster.
  • Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations, including sales, finances, staffing, and customer service, across all locations.
  • Performance Management: Setting and monitoring performance targets, ensuring consistency in service standards, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and motivating teams of managers and employees across the cluster, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue generation within the cluster.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment and efficient operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
