Cluster Financial Controller

You will be independently responsible for managing the finance and accounting functions of a country cluster with significant size, revenue, and complexity. Your primary role will involve overseeing a team to ensure the day-to-day accounting operations run smoothly. It will be your duty to guarantee that the financial statements present a true and fair view and are effectively published. As a leader, you will be accountable for the timely closure of books of accounts, financial reporting, and the overall management of day-to-day accounting activities. Meeting finance objectives and assisting the team in making daily decisions will also fall under your purview. You will engage with the CFO, Finance Manager, and Country/Area Managers to measure performance effectively.
