Cluster Business Leader

As a NewtoBank Business Banking MSME Acquisition Specialist, your role involves implementing the business strategy of the cluster to acquire new MSME clients. Your key responsibilities include: - Building the SME business in alignment with the cluster's business strategy - Achieving sales targets in line with the cluster's objectives - Understanding cluster requirements and collaborating with the SL/RL team to meet business goals - Developing and sharing MIS for market insights and effective cluster operations - Focusing on providing financial solutions for SME asset/liability needs - Collaborating with Credit/Risk team to drive business through suitable sourcing strategies - Identifying cross-sell opportunities in asset clients and devising strategies for profitability - Managing and mentoring the team, including career development of critical talent - Mapping the market in the cluster, expanding the market base, and working on new product development In terms of people management or self-management responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Monitor and facilitate the achievement of goals and KPIs for direct reports - Implement the performance management process effectively within the section - Develop team talent through guidance, feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in any field - Master's degree in Financial Management (preferred) Preferred professional certifications: - CA/CFA - AMFI/NCFM/IRDA certifications (an added advantage) Experience needed: - 8-14 years of relevant experience, with at least 5-7 years in a similar role Nature of experience: - Previous experience in Banking/NBFC in Working Capital/LAP/Mortgages This position offers you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the MSME business in the cluster by leveraging your expertise and leadership skills.,
