Club Manager

Role & responsibilities

Floor Management: Supervise day-to-day activities on the floor to ensure a seamless member experience and address guest concerns promptly.

Managerial Duties: Lead and manage club staff, schedule shifts, and conduct performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and efficient team.

Operations Oversight: Coordinate all operational aspects including front desk, F&B, housekeeping, and vendor management.

Facility Management: Ensure the clubs infrastructure and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and functional; liaise with maintenance teams for timely repairs and upkeep.

Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and operational standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.

Reporting: Monitor budgets, expenses, and inventory, and provide regular reports to senior management.
