Cloud Support Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer (Junior Level) who has hands-on experience in managing and supporting cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of cloud platforms and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for cloud infrastructure Desktop Support
• Monitor cloud resources and respond to alerts and incidents
• Assist in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of cloud services
• Handle basic Linux/Windows server support
• Support backup, recovery, and security tasks
• Troubleshoot networking issues (VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, Firewalls)
• Maintain documentation for cloud setups and processes
• Coordinate with developers and senior engineers for issue resolution
• Ensure uptime, performance, and cost optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year experience in Cloud Support / IT Support
• Knowledge of:
• Virtual Machines
• Storage services
• Basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, TCP/IP)
• Familiarity with Linux commands
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts (optional)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in shifts/on-call if required
