Cloud Support Engineer Job ID: Clo-ETP-Pun-985 Location: Pune Role: Support customer project deployments in AWS, Google Cloud (GCP) and Microsoft Azure Collaborate with development teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient solutions Identify areas for improvement in system performance, reliability, and security Conduct regular performance testing, capacity planning, and optimization activities Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures Collaborate with development teams to deploy new code to production environment Manage incident response with engineers and clients Work in rotating 24/7 shifts Skills: Familiarity with the following technologies: Linux, git, ruby, bash, AWS / Azure / Google Cloud, Kubernetes, MySQL, Solr, Apache Tomcat, Java, Graylog, Kibana, Zabbix, and Datadog Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a cloud-based application environment Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work in a client-facing role
