Cloud Specialist 1

Role Overview: As a Cloud Specialist 1 at Hyland Software, you will be an integral part of a leading company that provides software solutions for managing content, processes, and cases globally. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving monitoring alerts, requests from customers, partners, and the company services team, as well as working on disaster recovery failover testing and scheduled maintenance within the cloud environment with the support of your team members. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to and resolve monitoring alerts, requests, and incidents promptly - Conduct Disaster Recovery failover testing and work on scheduled maintenance windows - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cloud environment operations - Monitor infrastructure including servers, applications, and services, and address issues accordingly - Document and update incident details in the ITSM tool - Ensure maximum service availability and performance - Manage escalations within defined SLAs and coordinate with stakeholders and third-party vendors - Support incident classification, allocation, tracking, and resolution - Manage requests and incidents assigned by Leads/Manager Qualifications Required: - Must hold a bachelor's degree - 0.5 to 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Support or NOC - Basic knowledge of Cloud technologies, SQL, and CRM applications - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills - Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, BMC, and ITIL - Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to a 24/7 rotational shift model - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Customer handling experience is preferred - Freshers with strong knowledge and certifications will be preferred Additional Details: At Hyland Software, we are proud of our culture that values employee engagement.
