Job Description

As a Cloud Solution Specialist 2, your primary responsibility will be the deployment, migration, and upgrading of company solutions in cloud environments. You will work on various steps of the deployment process based on customer needs, including information gathering, discovery, planning, cloud infrastructure build, application configuration, testing, go-live, and progress documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers seeking assistance with the company's products - Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide proactive suggestions for improving customer satisfaction - Troubleshoot and resolve issues using the company's systems and support processes, with oversight from team members - Assist customers with issues related to product upgrades, installations, and configurations - Advocate for customer requests, maintain ownership, and consistently follow through with resolutions - Provide regular communication to customers regarding the progress or delay in resolving their issues - Compose internal documentation reflecting all activities related to the resolution of support requests - Maintain proficiency with supported software - Implement solutions based on documented requirements, which may involve installing new software, upgrading existing systems, or providing consulting assessments - Support customer testing initiatives and troubleshoot operational issues - Migrate solutions into production environments and support customers throughout the process Qualifications Required: - High School Diploma - Experience with software troubleshooting and diagnosis - Experience in providing customer service - Strong technical skills in Windows OS, SQL DB, PC hardware, and networks - Experience writing scripts in SQL - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Experience with deploying OnBase software - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to adapt the communication style as needed - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Organized and experienced in multitasking successfully - Strong collaborative skills within a team and across different areas - Quick learner with a curiosity and aptitude for technology - Ability to use sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately for guidance - Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner - Up to 10% travel time may be required Please note that the above qualifications are necessary for successfully performing the principal duties of the job.
