Job Description

The Cloud Solution Specialist 2 is responsible for the deployment, migration, and upgrading of company solutions in cloud environments. You will work on all or specific steps of the deployment process based on customer needs. This includes information gathering, discovery, planning, cloud infrastructure build, application configuration, testing, go-live, and progress documentation. Your responsibilities will include answering inbound phone calls and emails from customers requesting assistance with the company's products. You will interact with customers to understand their needs and provide proactive suggestions to improve customer satisfaction. Troubleshooting and resolving issues utilizing the company's systems, utilities, and support processes with oversight from team members will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will assist customers with issues arising from product upgrades, installations, and configurations. As an advocate for customer requests, you will maintain ownership of requests and follow through consistently with resolution. Providing regular and frequent communication to customers to ensure they are fully advised of the progress or delay in resolving their issues is essential. You will also compose internal documentation that fully reflects all activity related to the resolution of support requests. To be successful in this role, you should have a High School Diploma and experience with software troubleshooting and diagnosis. Experience in providing customer service and strong technical skills with Windows OS, SQL DB, PC hardware, and networks are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with deploying OnBase software, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also important. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and experience successfully multitasking will contribute to your success in this role. You should have strong collaborative skills, be a fast learner with a technology curiosity and aptitude, and demonstrate the ability to use sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues for guidance. Being self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner is crucial. Up to 10% travel time may be required. Overall, a combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job will be considered.,
