Job Description

Role Overview: With more than 45,000 employees and partners worldwide, the Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization aims to empower customers to accelerate business value through differentiated customer experiences leveraging Microsoft's products and services. As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in data platforms and analytics, you will play a crucial role in helping customers build secure, scalable, and AI-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure. Your responsibilities will include architecture design, proof of concepts, and production deployments, ensuring performance, resiliency, and security across mission-critical workloads. Join CE&S and contribute to accelerating AI transformation for customers and the world. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the trusted Technical Delivery Lead and advisor to large enterprise customers in the region, engaging at Senior/Executive levels to understand business and IT priorities, success measures, and challenges for the adoption of Microsoft Azure services. - Drive next best actions to develop new opportunities that enable Customer Success business results, including helping customers derive value from their Microsoft investments and enabling local teams to execute programmatic motions. - Lead architecture design sessions, develop Data & Analytics roadmaps, and drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to accelerate adoption and ensure long-term technical viability. - Be accredited and certified to deliver with advanced proficiency in priority workloads such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Cosmos DB. - Demonstrate a track record of driving customer/partner success at the enterprise level, strong communication and presentation skills for CXO level conversations, and the ability to connect business and technology areas to drive improvements. - Anticipate and manage business and technical risks, continuously align individual skilling to team demands and Customer Success goals, and engage in communities to share expertise and contribute to IP creation. Qualifications: - Track record of driving customer/partner success at enterprise level. - Communication and presentation skills to drive CXO level conversations. - Ability to connect business and technology areas and drive improvements. - Experience in developing and expanding relationships with key stakeholders. - Ability to anticipate and manage business and technical risks. - Demonstrated self-learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals.
