Description
As a Project Manager in the Digital Project Management Team at TMF Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation agenda by partnering with Business Leaders and Functional Experts to select, deploy, improve, and embed technology solutions that enhance service quality and reduce costs for clients and staff globally. You will be a part of a dynamic team of 150+ professionals spread across the globe, working on various projects including application deployment, infrastructure changes, M&A, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with Business Leaders to scope projects addressing business problems and ensure clear documentation and understanding of business problems. - Apply professional experiences and TMF best practices to shape project approaches for desired outcomes. - Collaborate with domain experts to select appropriate technologies. - Design effective governance and reporting structures tailored to project size and complexity. - Develop robust business cases outlining project purpose, cost, and benefits. - Manage project governance for effective decision-making and timely delivery within budget. - Create and maintain project plans to monitor progress and identify challenges. - Produce steerco packs to update stakeholders at operational and leadership levels. - Own project financials and provide monthly reporting on progress vs. business case. - Manage project resourcing from Operations, Technology, Business, and 3rd party suppliers. - Address project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. - Act as a bridge between technology and business teams to facilitate project delivery. - Communicate technology topics in a simple manner to business users. - Manage expectations within the business regarding technology's impact on operations. - Ensure project team members understand their roles and responsibilities. - Develop a comprehensive transition plan for project closure and business-as-usual operations. - Collaborate with Business and Operational Excellence Leaders to deliver effective change management. - Shape a change management strategy in partnership with the operational excellence team. - Align change management plans with technical milestones. - Implement the change management strategy and engage end users across the business. **Key Requirements:** - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency. - Ability to work independently and drive projects. - Advanced project management qualification (PMP / PMI / Prince2 / Equivalent). - 2+ years of experience managing technology-enabled change projects. - Experience deploying new applications to end users. - Experience working across a matrix organization with various Team Leads, technical resources, and external vendors. - Experience in successfully completing projects across multiple countries, time zones, and cultures. - SCRUM / AGILE qualifications and experience.
