Job Description

You should have 8-11 years of development experience and be certified in ITIL, HRSD, and ITSM. Your role will involve hands-on experience in developing HRSD and ITSM applications, understanding business requirements, and resolving technical issues in the system. Additionally, you must have great scripting knowledge and manage coordination across technical and functional teams. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. In terms of technical requirements, you should have a strong understanding of HRSD workflows and customizations, as well as ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, and Service Catalog. Proficiency in ServiceNow Glide API Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS is required. Experience in 3rd party integrations using REST and SOAP is also important. As part of the technical skills needed for this role, you should have expertise in Cloud Service Incident Management, with additional skills in Servicenow, Cloud Service Manager, and Infrastructure Support.
