Key Responsibilities

• Lead & mentor a team of DevOps / Cloud Engineers; set technical direction, conduct code / infra reviews, and guide team decisions.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (build, release, rollback, monitoring).
• Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across

  AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, scalability & performance of services; define and monitor SLIs / SLOs.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, lead root cause analysis & corrective actions.
• Automate manual tasks; improve deployment frequency, reduce errors.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to align on cloud best practices, cost optimizations, and compliance.
• Stay updated on cloud & DevOps tools/best practices; continuously introduce process improvements in team workflows.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud operations with hands-on expertise in

  AWS, Azure, and GCP

  .
• Strong proficiency with core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM), and working knowledge of equivalent services in Azure and GCP.
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab CI / GitHub Actions or similar).
• Expertise in containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes / EKS / AKS / GKE).
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, Deployment Manager) and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Good understanding of monitoring, logging & alerting tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver).
• Strong leadership & communication skills: proven ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and interact with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset; ability to lead post-mortems, incident management, and performance tuning.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure

  deployments.
• Experience in cost optimization and cloud billing across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Exposure to large-scale, high availability, mission-critical systems.
• Prior leadership / mentoring experience in fast-paced environments.
