Cloud Consulting Account Lead

As a Consulting Account Lead at Google Cloud, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers" technical and business executive leadership teams to assist in value realization, automate Application Development, and empower them to create solutions and drive innovation for their end users. Your role will involve collaborating with the account team to identify partnership opportunities and expand the utilization of Google Cloud products. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer loyalty, ensuring the realization of Google Cloud value, and collaborating with customer technical executives to uncover avenues for innovation in their service offerings with Google Cloud. Your responsibilities will include accelerating the adoption and onboarding of Google Cloud at key organizations to enable customers to recognize the business value of the partnership and solutions. You will play a crucial role in creating value for customers by working together to establish success metrics, building a joint plan with defined objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics necessary to achieve their desired outcomes. Additionally, you will be expected to comprehend strategic relationships with key stakeholders and customers within their respective industries and develop roadmaps accordingly. In this role, you will guide IT executives through the necessary organizational changes essential to unlock the full potential of the cloud, assisting them in staffing, training, and aligning individuals and partners to effectively execute their cloud transformation. Furthermore, you will collaborate with various customer-facing teams and executives including sales, support, professional services, customer engineering, and partners to create strategic and technical plans that aid customers in accomplishing their objectives. This position may require up to 50% travel as necessary.
