Mandatory Technical Skills

• Recognized as an SME in Kubernetes AKS • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AKS and cloud in general • Significant experience in managing containers with Azure Kubernetes specifically AKS • Experience with AWS K8S and AWS PaaS and IaaS services • Advanced skills on Azure services and in automation with Terraform and Bicep language • Very strong technical, architectural and design skills • Understanding ACR ( Azure Container Registry ) • Advanced skills on Mac OS, Windows, Network, security and Docker based environment • Azure certifications associate required, and Pro is a plus (Architect) • CICD : Azure Devops / Github Actions and associated tooling • Infrastructure Management Tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) • Configuration Management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) • Able to create and manage Azure cloud DB like Cosmos or Mongo

Responsibilities

• To provide design, engineering, development, planning and administration of Azure Kubernetes AKS clusters for a set of critical business mobile applications.

• Work closely with mobile application development, security and operations teams to engineer and build Kubernetes and Azure PaaS & IaaS solutions within an agile and modern enterprise grade operating model.

• Maintaining and developing the Infrastructure As Code repository, (Azure Devops, Github) and the content to be able to deliver a fully automatized cloud infrastructure.

• Integration of and administration of relevant technology, people and processes within relevant IT compliance, regulatory and cybersecurity requirements.

• Working with end leads and architects to produce, develop and review cloud and cloud security strategies, roadmaps and plans.

• Working with business leads and architects to resolve issues and develop solutions as required. • Producing, developing, and evolving technology documentation and process templates as required.

• Utilize containerization technologies like Docker/Kubernetes for application deployment.

• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue detection.

• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

• Stay updated with the latest Azure Cloud services and tools.
