You will design, operate, and secure the cloud foundation that keeps Agnotic running. The role centers on building reliable AWS and Azure environments and making sure they stay stable, secure, and cost aware.
• Deploy and maintain AWS and Azure environments
• Manage Windows and Linux servers along with IIS and MS SQL
• Configure firewalls, VPNs, and SSL and TLS certificates
• Set up and run monitoring through CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, New Relic, and Nagios
• Perform regular security audits and manage IAM and Azure AD
• Identify and fix vulnerabilities
• Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and incident response
• Track and optimize cloud costs
• Three to six years of experience in cloud or system administration
• Strong knowledge of both AWS and Azure
• Solid understanding of networking concepts such as TCP IP, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls
• Experience with IIS, MS SQL, and scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
• Strong troubleshooting ability and clear communication skills
• Familiarity with Sophos UTM, Jira, New Relic, and Nagios
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or continuous integration and delivery
• Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes
