Job Description

We are seeking an Intermediate Cloud Architect / System & Security Administrator to design, manage, and secure Snipp’s cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. This role combines cloud operations, system administration, and security management to ensure our environments remain stable, cost-efficient, and compliant.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design, deploy, and maintain AWS and Azure infrastructure.
  • Manage Windows and Linux systems, IIS deployments, and MS SQL databases.
  • Configure and monitor firewalls, VPNs, and SSL/TLS.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, New Relic, Nagios).
  • Conduct security audits, vulnerability scans, and apply remediations. · Manage IAM, Azure AD, and access controls across environments.
  • Handle system backups, disaster recovery, and incident response.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud costs and resource utilization.
  • Provide limited after-hours support for critical issues.


Benefits

WORK ARRANGEMENT:

  • Full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, India. Requires some overlap with North American time zones (PST/EST) for meetings and on-call support.
