🔹 Must Have Skills:
* 10+ yrs in Linux/Unix, AWS/GCP/Azure, DevOps & Containers
* 5+ yrs strong hands-on Kubernetes (control plane, data plane, on-prem & cloud)
* Terraform expertise + automation using Python
* Istio / Consul service mesh & Helm charts
* Kubernetes monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Fluentbit, etc.
* Strong networking, storage & security across on-prem + cloud
* API Gateways (Kong preferred), Kafka & event-driven microservices
* Strong scripting – Python, Shell
* REST & gRPC understanding
* GitOps, CI/CD & SRE practices exposure
🔹 Good to Have:
* Distributed / multi-region Kubernetes clusters
* Tanzu & VMware virtualization
* Container security (image, pod, network)
* Strong K8s networking/firewall & storage concepts
* Experience troubleshooting complex production infra
