Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Cloud Administration
Certifications (Preferred): RedHat, VMware, or relevant OEM certifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Administrator with strong expertise in RedHat, VMware, and OEM cloud platforms. The role involves managing, configuring, and optimizing cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and scalability of enterprise applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer cloud infrastructure across multiple environments (public, private, and hybrid).
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of RedHat and VMware virtualization platforms.
• Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Work with OEM solutions for cloud management, infrastructure support, and enterprise deployments.
• Implement security policies, backup strategies, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Manage user access, resource allocation, and cost optimization in cloud environments.
• Support migration projects from on-premises to cloud (VMware/RedHat-based environments).
• Automate administrative tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless cloud operations and service delivery.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and system updates.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with RedHat Linux administration and VMware virtualization technologies.
• Hands-on expertise in OEM cloud platforms and infrastructure solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture, virtualization, and containerization.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Good understanding of networking, storage, and security in cloud environments.
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Shell scripting, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Certification in RedHat, VMware, or Cloud OEM platforms.
• Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
