Clint Relationship Associate (Female)

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors to solicit contributions.
• Clearly and persuasively explain the NGO's mission, initiatives, and the impact of donations.
• Follow up with donors on various campaigns and pledges to maximize contributions and retain their support.

Database and record-keeping:

• Maintain and update accurate and detailed records of donor information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Document the outcome of each call, including successful donations, follow-up actions, and feedback.
• Ensure that all donor data is handled confidentially and in accordance with the NGO's policies.

Target achievement:

• Work towards and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for both donor acquisition and fundraising.
• Contribute to the team's overall fundraising goals and performance metrics.

Supporter relations and customer service:

• Handle donor queries, grievances, and suggestions in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
• Help build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with supporters by ensuring an excellent experience.

Collaboration and reporting:

• Work closely with the fundraising or donor relations team to stay updated on campaigns, strategies, and performance.
• Attend team meetings to discuss progress, performance, and best practices.
• Provide regular reports on call outcomes and fundraising results.

Required skills and qualificationsCommunication and interpersonal skills:

• Excellent verbal communication: A clear, confident, and persuasive speaking ability in Hindi and/or other relevant regional languages is essential for connecting with donors.
• Active listening: The ability to listen carefully and understand donors' concerns and needs is crucial for building trust.
• Empathy and patience: Displaying a compassionate and calm demeanor, especially with potential donors who may be hesitant, is vital.
