Clinical Trial Manager I

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Trial Manager I to join our team at Syneos Health, with 4-8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

• Manage clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing.
• Develop and implement effective clinical trial strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct site feasibility assessments and coordinate with investigators to ensure successful study execution.
• Monitor and report on clinical trial progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution of problems.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, including protocol development, site management, and data management.
• Experience with clinical trial management systems, such as CTMS or similar technologies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing clinical trials, including GCP guidelines.
