About the Role

Clinogenesis Research Organization is inviting fresh graduates to join our Clinical Operations team as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC). This role is ideal for candidates looking to begin their career in clinical research, offering structured training, expert mentorship, and hands-on exposure in a globally accredited research environment.

Key

• Coordinate and support clinical trial activities under supervision as a Clinical Research Coordinator
• Maintain essential trial documentation including site files and case report forms (CRFs)
• Assist investigators with protocol compliance and patient coordination
• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in training programs, team meetings, and learning initiatives

Eligibility

• Education:

  B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related healthcare disciplines

• Experience:

  Freshers only (0–3 years including internships or training)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Motivation to learn and grow in the clinical research field
